ACT Personal Safety Talk

The Tokai Neighbourhood Crime Watch has organised the second of the series of the ACT Personal Safety Talk ‘Defend Yourself: Weapon Choices’. Two talks will be hosted this month at two different venues (content of both presentations will be the same) for the convenience for those attending.
The talk will cover questions such as:

  • Defending yourself – the right weapon choice?
  • Why do you need a weapon?
  • What is available?
  • What is right for you?
  • Pros and cons?

Both talks are free. Friends and neighbours are welcome to attend the talk. Coffee and tea will be served afterwards and security will be on duty to watch your vehicles.

Security Workshop for your staff working on your property

preventionThe Tokai Neighbourhood Crime Watch and ADT are inviting residents of Tokai and their staff to their workshop aimed at educating you and your staff on how to remain safe in your home at all times and how to keep your property secure.
This is an excellent opportunity to make sure that your staff know the basics about home security and thus can prevent criminals from trying to gain entry into your property.

A Xhosa speaking interpreter will also be there to assist.
