Kirstenhof Primary School has a staff complement of 49. 17 Western Cape Education Department paid educators and the balance are Governing Body paid staff.
Each grade has four classes and a Grade leader co-ordinates matters within the Grade. There are four phases within the school. Pre Primary, Foundation Phase, Intermediate and Senior Phase.
The school has a management team that co-ordinates the various portfolios.
KPS has two counsellors who offer support and encouragement to all learners, parents and educators.
KPS remedial department provides support to those learners with specific needs and they are fortunate enough to have both a speech therapist and an occupational therapist who work from the school.
